The Fullness Framework

Build a business
on top of your life.

A guided 60–90 minute discovery for relationship-driven sales pros — realtors, mortgage brokers, financial advisors. We start with who you are when nobody's watching, then design the business on top of that.

Why this exists

Most goal-setting starts in the wrong place.

Most people build a business and try to fit their life around it. They pick a number, a title, an outcome — then stress-test their family, marriage, body and faith against the demands of that goal. The math never works. The life pays the price.

Most goals are also built on top of a broken foundation. They're not pulled toward something life-giving — they're trying to fill a hole. When the goal is reached, the hole is still there.

This framework does it the other way. We start with who you are when nobody's watching — invisible, audience removed, no performance — and build the business on top of that. Vision, niche, income, daily focus all designed to serve the life, not consume it.

Philosophical foundations: Inner Excellence and The Best Possible Life by Jim Murphy. The premise — that performance follows from who you are, not the other way around — runs through everything here.

The three phases

Three phases. One sitting.

PHASE 01

Life Discovery

8 questions · ~45 min

Eight questions designed to excavate the true self underneath the performed one. Builds your six-domain Life Roadmap — Self, Marriage, Family, Community, Work & Money, Legacy.

PHASE 02

Work Roadmap

3 questions · ~20 min

Translate WHO you are into WHAT you should build. Vision, niche, income architecture — every entry rooted in the Life Roadmap so the business serves the life.

PHASE 03

90-Day Action Plan

2 questions · ~15 min

What to protect. The one thing to execute. Habits to build. Warning signs to watch for. Specific to you, anchored to your stories, ready to print and live by.

Total time: 60–90 minutes. Plan for it. Don't rush.

What you walk away with

Real deliverables. Yours, not a template.

The Two Selves

Side-by-side analysis of your true self vs. your conditional self — the version you become when you're performing.

Six-Domain Life Roadmap

Self, Marriage, Family, Community, Work & Money, Legacy — each with a core truth and 5–7 concrete entries pulled from your answers.

Niche & Differentiation

The specific people you're positioned to serve, why you're right for them, and what makes you uncopyable.

Income Architecture

Math-backed plan: monthly target, transactions required, average commission assumed, the 3–5 levers that move it.

Habits to Build

5–7 specific habits with frequency and rationale — chosen because of who YOU are, not generic productivity advice.

Warning Signs

The early signals — specific to your patterns — that you've drifted back into the conditional self.

Plus: a one-page summary of each roadmap, downloadable JSON, and a print-ready PDF.

Example · A real session

What it looks like on a real person.

Adam Styer (the guy who built this) ran himself through it first. Below: his actual Life Roadmap output, three excerpts from his discovery conversation, and what he did with it after.

Phase 01 · Life Roadmap

Who Adam is when nobody's watching

CORE TRUTH

When no one is watching and nothing is at stake, Adam is generous, free, and fully alive — the work is simply learning to live there on purpose.

The Two Selves

TRUE SELF
Sophomore raising his fist at the crowd, totally in the moment
Spending $2,000 at Costco for the neighbors' kids and barely telling anyone
4:30am quiet — guitar, stillness, no performance required
Mount Whitney in a day, bonded and laughing with his buddies
Looking forward to seeing John at the gym — 'I wonder what he thinks about that game'
CONDITIONAL SELF
Tucking in his shirt so his parents aren't embarrassed
Acting professional, acting like he'd done it before — never recovering the freedom
Killing himself to be the best, performing instead of playing
Doing good things and needing to be acknowledged for them
Not complimenting Britney Jo because the gap feels too dangerous

Two of the Six Domains

01Self
Solitude · Body · Growth · Inner Life
Adam's best self is built between 4:30 and 7am — in the quiet, before the world has needs. Protecting that block isn't selfish. It's structural.
  • Guard the 4:30–7am block like a closing — guitar, stillness, journaling, no agenda, no audience
  • Get a sweat outside in direct sunlight as a non-negotiable, not a reward for productivity
  • Read books that expand you, not just books that optimize you
02Marriage
Adam + Britney Jo
When Britney Jo is adored, the whole house changes. Adam already knows this. The move is deciding to adore her before he feels like it, not after.
  • Adoration is a practice, not a feeling — lead with it and the feeling follows, every time
  • Name out loud when she looks beautiful, especially when it triggers that fear she's too good for you — that's exactly when she needs to hear it
  • Recognize that the 30-minute IT story is her asking to feel seen, not a request for solutions — presence is the answer

This is a condensed view — the actual roadmap covers all 6 domains, an Unfinished Business reflection, and a “Who You Already Are” affirmations list. See the full roadmap →

Who this is for

Built for people whose business is the relationship.

Real Estate Agent

Tired of chasing every lead. Want a business that actually fits your life — not the other way around.

Mortgage Broker / Loan Officer

Caught in the production grind. Want to design a niche that energizes you instead of burning you out.

Financial Advisor

Want your AUM growth strategy to start from your values — not someone else's KPI dashboard.

Other relationship-driven sales

Insurance, wealth, B2B advisory — anyone whose income depends on trust at scale. Same framework applies.
